M&E acquisition surveys,  building services dilapidation surveys, MEP due diligence surveys and condition reports are part of our core service offering.

We can design, power systems including critical and essential power systems, lighting and emergency lighting systems, fire detection and alarm systems, earthing and bonding systems and mechanical and public health systems (through one of our partners).

We also offer a Trimble ProDesign design service where you can email us a single line schematic and we can provide you with full Trimble ProDesign calculations tailored to your project requirements. 

 Feasibility studies, RIBA design stage reports, construction monitoring and inspections reports are all services that we offer in addition to survey and design work.
